In 1998, Rose Lauren graduated with honors from The Heartwood Institute for the Healing Arts, after earning the titles of Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Advanced Massage Therapist. She holds certificates in various modalities including Swedish Circulatory Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Zen Shiatsu Acupressure, Polarity Therapy, and Thai Massage. In addition to therapeutic touch and bodywork, her studies have been deeply focused on herbal medicine, ayurveda, anatomy and physiology, yoga, meditation, hypnosis, and somatic counselling.

                                                                                

Since her graduation over 20 years ago, she has enjoyed serving her community and her clients through Holistic Health and Massage Therapy primarily in Colorado, Hawaii, California and Pennsylvania. 

 

In the past, she had offered her expertise at prestigious spas and retreat centers including The Four Seasons, The Peaks Resort and Spa, Esalen and The Trilogy Sandalwood Spa.  However for the past decade, she is available by appointment only through her private practice, The Heart Haven. 

 

Rose Lauren treats every one of her cherished clients with deeply present care, honor and attention while implementing the most effective transformational therapeutic techniques.  She created The Heart Haven with the intention of affordably helping others within her community experience greater overall health, wealth and true well being in their lives.
