1.)MASTER SUITE: Single occupancy only, $1,050 rent + $150 utilities = $1,200/month, Main House entrance • Main kitchen access • Shared full bath • Central heat & AC, Furnished, One queen bed in the main bedroom + two twin guest beds

2.)SUNLIT STUDIO: Single or couple occupancy, $1,500 rent + $150 utilities per person, ( Single: $1,650/month, Couple: $1,800/month), Private Side Entrance • Main kitchen access • Private full bath • Central heat & AC, Furnished, One full bed in the bedroom + pull-out couch in Sunroom (sleeps a guest or couple)

Utilities included: Water, trash, WiFi, electric & sewer
Move-in Costs: First month + Utility fee per person + Security Deposit
Parking: Off-street parking for one car per person
Requirements: No smoking, No vaping, No sublets, No parties, Sorry but no pets and must be cat-friendly because my resident kitty lives here and she runs away if any other pets come inside the house, Full-time employment required with income verification, Quality rental references required, Owner Occupied(48F) Home-share, Month-to-month Rental Agreement, House rules apply, Must be able to pass credit & background check, Renters insurance required for most tenants. 100% free to apply.

BONUS: Each tenant receives one spa service gift certificate for a 75-minute treatment (massage or facial, or a combo, a $200 value) upon lease signing as our way of welcoming you! You can use this gift for yourself, or share it with a friend or family member!
